◆產品說明  Product description

Q37(Q75)系列吊鉤式拋(噴)丸清理機是我公司研制的一種新型設備。是在國內外廣泛調研的基礎上，根據用戶的實際需求而設計的。

吊鉤式拋丸機具有以下優點：

1.  采用大拋丸量、高拋射速度的國際先進懸臂式離心拋丸器，能顯著地提高清理率、獲得滿意的清理質量。

2.  模擬拋射圖及拋丸機的全部圖紙均完全采用計算機輔助設計(CAD)繪制，拋丸器的選用及布置更為合理。

3.  采用倍受歡迎的無地坑結構形式，即節省了地坑基礎的施工費用及時間，又解決了用戶因地坑存水而造成的提升機內的丸砂銹蝕結塊問題。

        吊鉤具有升降、運行和室內旋轉的功能。

4.  清理室內采用高鉻板防護，使用壽命大大提高，外形美觀、易于更換。

自動：需拋丸處理的工件直接懸掛在吊鉤或掛架上，人工帶至拋丸室前部的牽引系統，吊鉤自動進入拋丸室。吊鉤進入拋丸室后，拋丸室門將氣動關閉，電氣聯鎖，以避免工件在拋丸室內進行拋丸處理時他人誤開拋丸室門。吊鉤進入拋丸室在設定的區間位置作來回往復運動和自轉，使工件受到充分拋射，減少拋射死角。二個吊鉤、一個吊鉤在拋丸室內拋射，另一個吊鉤可裝卸工件。拋丸處理的時間可任意調整。拋丸器停止運轉后拋丸室門打開，以帶進和帶出工件。拋丸處理中產生的粉塵由二級除塵器過濾排放。

Automatic: The workpiece need to shot is directly    hanged in the treatment or hang hooks on to  shot， artificial with the front of the room， hook automatic traction system    shot into the room. Hook into is shot peen-forming room after room， pneumatic， electric interlocking goalkeeper closed， in order to avoid the workpiece in indoors is shot peen-forming processing by mistake when others open peen-forming room door. Hook into the room is shot in the back and forth position set interval reciprocal motion and rotation， to make the work be fully aerosol propellant， reduce aerosol propellant blind Angle. Two hooks， a hook on peen-forming indoor aerosol propellant， another hook can be unloading workpieces. Peen-forming processing time can be arbitrary adjustment.
