1、防爆控制箱一般有復合型和隔爆型兩種結構，復合型外殼采用增安型結構，內裝元件采用隔爆型元件或增安型的元件；外殼采用ZL102鋁合金壓鑄成型，表面高壓靜電噴塑，內裝的元件有按鈕、指示燈、控制開關、儀表燈均為防爆元件
