無負壓供水設備的保養責任

設備供應商除按照國有相關商品質量責任條款承擔保修責任外，還應包括提供不少于3的免費維護保養服務承諾。免費維護保養期自設備驗收合格投入使用起計算。設備供應商與使用人訂立保養服務合同，并將合同同時提交廣州奧凱環保科技有限公司備案。對設備提供終身跟蹤，定期保養維修服務，并將保養維修及回訪內容提交威立雅公司備案。第七條本試行管理辦法自下發之日起行。本文為過渡性管理辦法。在省建設行政主管部門或省行業協會有關疊壓供水設備的相關標準、規定及管理辦法出臺前，暫時執行本辦法。
